**Due to some items being
discontinued without notice, we would like you to know we will substitute
the item with a similar item without additional costs**
We now can have orders processed within
minutes when you pay by credit card through PAYPAL. You DO NOT NEED to sign
up for an account. Just enter your credit card information and your payment
will be processed faster and easier. Most orders will be shipped out that
same day (depend on time order was placed) or the next business day. Our
orders will be processed under our parent company name, Candy Gift Boutique.
Ground shipping usually takes 2
to 8 business days depending on
the destination. (PLEASE be
aware that weekends are not
included in delivery time.)
Items ordered together are not
necessarily shipped together. We
will notify you if any item
cannot be shipped within 30
days.
Gifts ship via UPS, FEDEX,
USPS, OR DHL on business days.
Business days are Monday through
Friday. Saturday, Sunday and
Holidays are not business days.
The day the item is ordered is
not counted as one day. Please
allow an extra day. If orders
are placed after 1pm Eastern
time, order will be shipped next
day.

**Placing Orders:
Due to delays by credit card processor,
notifying us of orders placed either
before the cutoff time on some of our
items, we are NOT responsible for these
delays in processing credit card orders
due to technical problems or transmission
delays. This means that it takes up
to 72 hours before payment for order is complete. So expect a slight delay
in shipping out of item. We have no control over this delay.
On your credit card statement, some of our
items will be charged under the name of
our parent company: Candy Gift Boutique
Holiday Shipping: If you order a gift ground service, we will ship it
ground service. There will be NO REFUNDS for delivered late or not
ordered with the correct shipping method. (SHIPPING IS NON REFUNDABLE)
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Christmas Holiday Shipping Policy During December
We recommend you order early so that your gift arrives in time for
Christmas. Delays in delivery may occur during the Holidays.
Do not count Saturday and Sunday when determining time.
**There are no cancellations. Once you place your order it is processed,
charged to your credit card, made upon the receipt of the order and
shipped the next morning.
**We do
not guarantee circumstances as follows:
A. Inclement weather which restricts the
delivery of a gift item!
B. Incorrect delivery address
information given by customer. (No
refund)
C. Recipient not available to receive
his or her candy arrangement. If no one
is home a notice will be left about the
delivery. If they do not pick it up or
have it redelivered, it will be sent
back to us & there is (No refund)
6. We do not ship to patients in
HOSPITALS! or people staying at HOTELS.
We ship to all 50 states. We do not ship
Internationally or to APO's & FPO's. We
do offer shipping to PO. Boxes on
selected gift items but it will take one
or two additional days to ship out. In
addition there are no loss claims, late
delivery refunds or damage claims
honored under any circumstances.
Order Cancellations: We require that any
order cancellation be placed within 12
hours of order confirmation. All
cancelled orders placed with a credit
card that has already been processed
will be subject to a $10 cancellation
fee. We do not allow cancellation of
order after the gift item has been
shipped.
Late Delivery:
If your gift order arrives late due to a
shipping company ( USPS, UPS, FedEx,
etc.) delay a credit for shipping will
be issued. This does NOT apply to delays
due to weather or delivery attempts that
are unsuccessful.
Defective Merchandise
In the rare instance that your
gift/purchase is defective, we will be
happy to replace it at no additional
charge to you. Please contact a customer
service representative so they can find
the perfect resolution to any situation.
If you wish to return the product for a
refund:
1)Contact Us To Receive An Authorized
Return Number.
2)Send the product back to us, with the
Authorized Return Number (ARN). Please
return the item in the same packaging as
when we delivered it to you if possible,
within 30 days of delivery.
3)Once we receive the Authorized Return
Number and Gift Item, we will respond to
your request for an exchange or issue a
refund.
