Terms:
1.) A down payment is required based on the following:
 *$50 -$150= 20% down and 60 days
 *$151-$500=20% down and 90 days
  *$501-and over=20% and 120 days

To use our layaway program, you will need to choose your payment option PayPal, credit card, money order, or check. Then use the code - layaway. We will contact you with in 24 hours to arrange your payment schedule!

2.)Monthly statement will be emailed 15 days from the date of email to make payment or there will be a 4% late charge.

3.)Only 2 open layaways at any given time.

4.)Layaway may be cancelled within 15 days of receipt of deposit. After 15 days, a $15 service charge will be deducted from the refund. Refund will be in the form of merchandise credit. NO EXCEPTIONS!

5.) All cancellations must be in writing.

6.) Upon receipt of layaway deposit, Plush Bears And Gifts will email a layaway confirmation receipt stating date of layaway, amount due, and final payment due date.

7.)Plush Bears & Gifts reserves the right to cancel any layaway and charge a 20% restocking fee of the total sale if credit cards are declined when payment is due on every 30th day.
